THE YEAR OUR SCHOOL WAS FOUNDEDA LEGACY OF FAITH & EDUCATION
The founding spirit of Father Yao.
Father Yao founded the school in 1965 with a commitment to helping every Sacred Heart child thrive.
Raised in a devout Catholic family, he was shaped by his parents’ faith and prayer. He completed his seminary education and went on to earn a master’s degree and a doctorate in philosophy at the University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome.
That spirit of faith, learning and care continues to shape the school’s vision of education for the whole person.
